This class focuses on posture, trunk rotation and muscle imbalances. Whether you are an avid golfer or a begginner, this class will help you improve your flexibility, strength, posture and help avoid golfer's elbow. All golf levels welcome, all ages welcome. Please note: This is not a golf lesson but rather how to improve your golf game by focusing on your muscles and joints.
This class is a great way to stay in shape while in the comfort of your own home! Low impact means your neighbours will love you and your joints will thank you! Emphasys will be on toning your whole body while concentrating on posture, form and strength without needing a whole lot of equipment.
